The Phewie-Power Family
The Phewie-Power Family is a warm Christian family that learns to ask Jesus for His Phewie-Power — His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). This peace helps them grow emotionally safe and gives them courage to try again when something feels hard.
💛 Welcome to the world of the Phewie-Power Family
With the family as an example, children learn that they can bring their feelings to Jesus.
A Phewie is a small, simple moment of asking Jesus for His peace — followed by the calming relief of receiving it — and then choosing what comes next: action or rest.
Rather than focusing on fear or villains, the stories focus on peace, kindness, and everyday faith.
Children learn that real strength looks like trust, patience, and trying again. They see that emotions can be brought to Jesus — and that growing often happens gently.
Example dialogue
💬 Uzzi: "Jesus, Phewie?"
💬 Jesus: "Here comes My Phewie – Tadaaah!"
💬 Uzzi: "PHEWIE-HEEEY!"

The more children ask Jesus for His Phewies, the more they begin to grow into real Phewie-Power Heroes, just like Jesus.
Uzzi practicing his hero words
💬 Uzzi: "Jesus, Uzzi Phewie-Powel Hewo!"
💬 Jesus: "Yes, you are, buddy. You are a Phewie-Power Hero like Me!"
Rooted in the kindness of God (Romans 2:4), the Phewie-Power Family is a gentle place where mistakes are allowed and curiosity is welcome.
Christi, Uzzi, and their parents show what faith can look like in ordinary family life — through play, tears, songs, and quiet moments together. Inner safety becomes the soil where learning can grow.
A different kind of children's world
For centuries, people have told hero-versus-villain stories, often with a strong focus on "the bad guy." In our bodies, this can trigger dopamine (excitement) and cortisol (tension).
In other words, as humans, we can go into survival mode — alert for danger and conflict — which can make us feel restless and hyper. The difficult thing is that it can make a child ready for conflict, which makes it harder for parents to calm their overstimulated child.
Therefore, Christian Kiddo focuses on Jesus and His supernatural peace that makes you go, PHEWIE-HEEEY! This can increase oxytocin — the "love" hormone we all need to bond, love, and trust — which is foundational for feeling deeply accepted by God.
Together, this can reduce stress and anxiety and help children feel supernaturally at peace and strong in everyday moments.
Hallelujah! Thank You, Jesus!

Meet the Phewie-Power Family
The family includes two children: Christi (6) and Uzzi, who is turning 4. Both are learning the ABCs. While Uzzi is getting to know the letter names, Christi is learning the letter sounds and is also interested in ASL letter signs because her best friend, Naira, is deaf.
Just like in real families, life is about more than learning ABCs and 123s. In the illustrated story videos, you will see the Phewie-Power Family in their everyday life — learning, playing, growing, and walking with Jesus together.

Daddy is present and engaged. He joins the learning at home and enjoys supporting the children through questions, music, and shared moments.
Mommy

Naira
Christi's best friend Naira is Deaf and appears in several stories together with her mommy. Just like Christi, Naira loves to dance and enjoys learning the ASL alphabet at home.
FAQ
What is Phewie-Power?
Phewie-Power is a child-friendly way to talk about the peace of Jesus (Philippians 4:7). It helps children learn to bring their big feelings to Jesus and receive His peace so they can calm down, try again, or rest.
Is Phewie-Power biblical?
Yes. It is rooted in the biblical truth of the peace of God that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and in the kindness of God that leads us (Romans 2:4).
Is Jesus shown as God or just as a character?
Jesus is presented as the Son of God and the source of peace. He is illustrated in a child-friendly way so children can recognize Him, but He is not treated as a fictional character. He is the One the family turns to in everyday life.
Why are there no villains or scary characters?
Children are still forming their inner world. We choose to focus on emotional safety and spiritual peace instead of fear-based tension. This allows love and kindness to be their natural starting point.
What does it mean to be a "Phewie-Power Hero like Jesus"?
Unlike many heroes who win by fighting, a Phewie-Power Hero learns to choose peace, kindness, and trust in Jesus. It is about inner strength and character, modeled after Jesus.
Is this suitable for sensitive or anxious children?
Yes. The world of the Phewie-Power Family is designed to be gentle and predictable, making it a safe place for children who are easily overwhelmed or anxious.
How can I use this as a parent?
You can use the stories and characters to start simple conversations about feelings. When your child feels upset or scared, you can gently say, "Shall we ask Jesus for a Phewie?"
