2. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products and services offered through christiankiddo.com.

3. Products and Delivery

Christian Kiddo provides digital products, including downloadable PDF files and online learning materials.

All products are delivered digitally. After successful payment, customers receive immediate access to their purchased materials through their Shopify account and/or download links.

No physical goods are shipped.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown including VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through secure payment providers available in the store.

Access to digital content is granted immediately after successful payment.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Digital products are subject to statutory consumer protection laws applicable in the Netherlands and the European Union.

By completing a purchase and confirming the required checkbox at checkout, customers explicitly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that they waive any applicable right of withdrawal for digital goods once delivery has begun.

Because access is granted immediately, purchases are final and refunds are not available.

All content is protected by copyright.

Products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

It is not permitted to copy, distribute, resell, or share the materials without written permission.

7. Technical Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device supports digital downloads and PDF viewing software.

An internet connection is required to access online materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide accurate and functional digital products.

Christian Kiddo is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products or from technical issues outside our control.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to the transaction.

These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
